Still a few days with you!
Again very cozy.
20 years ago we were here for the first time, what is there to tell how nice we like it with you.
What a place. What a rest. What a nice house. What a warm hospitality.
You hear it. In all our travels to Italy we have never had such a good time. Everything came together.
We want to thank you for this. We carry on.
We zoom in: from planet Earth to Europe, to Italy, Umbria and then Polmone. This was our world for a while. The center was round, fragrant and colorful, the pizza from Nico, which connected us to each other because we cut off and ate pieces, becoming more and tastier. How could we have known, as always busy in busy Amsterdam, that there is such a place with such special people. Thank you Polmone, thank you Roos, thank you Nico.
And you asked about the uniqueness of Polmone; and we said: the peace, the view. But what really matters is your warmth and kindness. That is unique.
Luna and Kiki greeted us the moment we opened the doors and prepared breakfast. To enjoy the peace, quiet and beautiful views in the sun afterwards. You have created a wonderful, atmospheric place here. A lot has gone through mind, heart and hands to create this paradise.
We try to hold on to it on our return trip together with the wise statements of Nico. And hope to pick up our lives and work with inspiration and renewed strength at our home in the Netherlands.
Nico and Roos, many thanks for your hospitality, the delicious bread that you bake, the spontaneous conversations and for this great place.
We hope to come back someday.
Polmone is a place where you can relax in a well-equipped apartment with comfortable beds and a private terrace per apartment where you can enjoy the sun and the view. Upon arrival you will be warmly welcomed by Roos and Nico. They have all kinds of tips for fun trips. Nothing is too much for them. The pizza evenings are famous when Nico bakes the tastiest pizzas for guests. Roos has also arranged a wonderful excursion for us. From Polmone you can make so many great trips that we were not satisfied with a week. But even if you don't go away for a day, you can laze by the pool. The only drawback I could think of is the unpaved path of 3 km. But if you have finished that, you will be rewarded with this fantastic vacation spot. Certainly worth it!
